We exclusively use premium corrosion-resistant stainless steels such as Assab S136 (Sweden) and Groditz M340 (Germany). Combined with deep vacuum nitriding, surface hardness exceeds HV1000°, with mirror polishing up to Ra≤0.015μm. We guarantee a mold life of over 3 million shots.
Standardized with our in-house developed pneumatic valve gate hot runner system. Multi-zone independent temperature control keeps fluctuation ≤±1℃, preventing material degradation. The gate is automatically sealed after injection, creating a "gate-cut-free" preform that requires no manual trimming — achieving true zero-waste production.
Our 3D conformal cooling channels, designed based on ANSYS simulation, eliminate hot spots and increase cooling efficiency by over 30%. By optimizing the mold structure and injection process, we achieve an injection cycle time of under 10 seconds, significantly boosting your production capacity.
